Return policy

At INFINITY EPOWER SRL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products ordered from www.collagenshot.ro, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

1. Return Term: Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the package.
2. Product Status: Returned products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. The packaging of the products must be intact and the safety labels and seals, if any, must not be damaged or removed.
3. Required documents: Please include in the return package a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt, as well as the completed return form, which you can download from our website.

Return Procedure

1. Contact: Before returning the products, please contact us at the email address contact@collagenshot.ro or by phone to inform us of your intention to return and to receive detailed instructions.
2. Packaging: Please ensure that the products are properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refund of Money

After receiving and checking the returned products, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Products Ineligible for Return

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following products are not eligible for return:

• Unopened or used products
• Products showing signs of wear or damage
• Customized or made-to-order products
